Whether you reside in rural Victoria or anywhere else in Australia, the Telehealth options bring the expertise to your doorstep. Moreover, I accommodate difficult days by offering Telehealth sessions on short notice before transitioning a face-to-face consultations to Telehealth.
Chronic fatigue, among other symptoms associated with hidden illnesses, can significantly impact daily life, leading to decreased activity levels and a decline in overall quality of life. Flare-ups of symptoms, characterised by increased mental and physical fatigue, can strike unexpectedly, hindering daily functioning and exercise tolerance, ultimately contributing to whole-body deconditioning.
I will address these challenges through a comprehensive approach. I prioritise Education, Gentle Movement and Exercise Therapy to target underlying factors. By focusing on reconditioning muscle strength and improving cardiovascular fitness together with understanding the biology/physiology of your illness, my aim is to enhance your Physical Function and exercise capacity. This approach leads to Improvements in Symptoms, empowering you to Engage in Daily Activities with greater ease and Embrace Life's Opportunities.

I understand that movement and exercise is only one part of a healthy lifestyle. That's why we offer education, Lifestyle modification and guidance to help you make healthier life-style choices. I will work with you to create a personalised plan that fits your lifestyle and daily activity needs. The lifestyle education consultation can help you manage stress, improve sleep, and achieve a better work-life or study balance. I will work with you to identify areas of your life that need improvement and provide you with the tools to make positive changes with one or more of the following:

3. Group Exercise & Support Class's
Group classes are designed to provide support for individuals grappling with hidden (invisible) illnesses. They are aimed at fostering physical, mental and emotional well-being and serves as a space for community building, encouraging mutual support and camaraderie among attendees online.
1. Feeling Fabulous Group Exercise Class | Online
Saturday | Time: 8 - 9:30 am | $44 p/class
Offers a structured and supervised platform. Participants of varying fitness levels engage in tailored exercises using the supportive PhysiApp platform to enhance strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness. Initial Consultation is required before starting this class.
2. Meditation and Connective Tissue Movement Class | Online
Saturday | Time: 9:40-10:40am | $33 p/class
Held in a calm environment and safe, participants embark on a journey of self-exploration and relaxation through guided meditation and gentle movement. This class emphasises mindfulness practices, stress reduction techniques and the cultivation of a stronger mind-body connection.
Initial Consultation is required before starting this class.
3. Talk Therapy Group Discussion and Support sessions

Provide a confidential, supportive and safe environment. Participants engage in meaningful discussions, sharing experiences, coping mechanisms and strategies for navigating the challenges associated with hidden (Invisible) illnesses. Through these sessions, individuals receive validation, empathy and practical guidance to aid in their exercise and healing journey.
4. Telehealth Support - 30 min
At Delicate Balance, I train you to be your own fitness and life coach. You will quickly learn the tools required to best manage your symptoms and prevent set backs and have less flare ups. 30 minute Telehealth consultations can be used to check in every now and then, design a plan for upcoming events such as travel, exams weddings etc.
